We gather for church fellowship each Sunday after the church services for coffee and treats.
Coffee Hour is a great time to meet and catch up with friends and members of the congregation.
We want visitors to know that they are welcome to join us in Fellowship Hall after the service each Sunday.

We will be having another women’s community book study! We will be going over the book, Girl, Stop Apologizing, by Rachel Hollis.
The group will meet for 5 weeks at 6:30 pm in Fellowship Hall.
We will be helping Cross Ministries fill backpacks again this year! Filling the backpacks will be Thursday, August 1st at 5:00pm . We will meet at Polk County River Place, 2309 Euclid, Des Moines, 50310 @ 5:00 PM. Please sign up on the sheet in Fellowship Hall if you wish to join us!
There will be a PW meeting Sunday, August 4th at 10:15 am. PW will be going over how / where funds will be distributed and the meeting will also include a visit from GVSS . GVSS would like to get a group photo of our PW ladies.
Help CISS serve lunch to our community. Today we will be helping serve lunch from 11:15am to 12:45pm. If you would like to participate, please call the church office. We will meet at CISS 10 minutes before.
We are still looking for some volunteers and also donations for Ronald McDonald House! We need a total of 10 people to help us cook and serve at Ronald McDonald house on August 16th from 3:00-6:00pm. There are still spots open! We also have a list of items that could be donated that Ronald McDonald House needs. You can find the sign up for serving and the lists of needed items in Fellowship Hall.
